Shipping & Delivery
1. Which countries does daudle ship to?
- Currently, daudle offers free shipping within India only (PAN India).
- If you're located internationally and interested in purchasing a daudle bag, please contact us via email at customercare@daudle.in or whatsapp. Our customer support team will contact you within 24-48 hours.
2. Shipping charges:
- We offer complimentary shipping across India.
3. Delivery time:
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days.
- In case of delays, the daudle team will do everything possible to expedite your package. Our customer support will contact you within 24-48 hours if any issues arise.
4. Is my package insured?
- Yes, daudle insures all purchases during transit until delivery.
5. How do I track my order?
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a notification with a shipment ID for tracking purposes. You will also receive updates on order status and delivery attempts.
Taxes and GST
- All website prices are inclusive of taxes. There are no hidden charges for Indian customers.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Amending or canceling an order depends on its processing stage. Changes are only possible if the order hasn't been packed and shipped.

Miscellaneous
1. Incorrect/Incomplete Orders, Damaged Items, or Undelivered Packages:
- In case you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order,or your order shows delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us at customercare@daudle.in or WhatsApp.
2. Returns for Incorrect/Incomplete Orders:
- For incorrect or incomplete orders that require a return, you can reach out to us at customercare@daudle.in or Whatsapp. A customer service representative will contact you to process the return within 48 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the product will be taken care of by daudle. We might ask for proof to ensure that the product received is damaged or wrong. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, we will notify you and arrange to send you a replacement of the same product as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return/Exchange Window:
- You have 7 days from receiving your product initiate a return or exchange.
2. How to Return or Exchange an item :
- To initiate a return or exchange for one or more items, contact us at
customercare@daudle.in or WhatsApp. A customer service representative will assist you with the process. Pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by daudle.
3. Return Guidelines:
- Pack the product in its original packaging, including dust cover and
primary packaging materials. - Ensure tags are intact.
- The product must be unused and in perfect, new condition.
NOTE: Returns for the Marin Tote will not be accepted if the white canvas gets dirty.
4. Refund Processing Time:
- Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed. For any issues, contact us at customercare@daudle.in or WhatsApp.

We offer secure payment options through credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Product Care
Care Instructions:
- Store in a dust bag.
- Do not wish, tumble dry, or dry clean. Wipe clean only.
- Use fillers to maintain shape when not in use.
- For structured bags, avoid overloading them with heavy items.
- Product-specific care instructions are available on the product page.
Warranty
daudle offers a 6-month warranty against defects for all products from the purchase date. This warranty covers repairs or replacements of faulty materials or components, excluding regular wear and tear.
1. Discontinued Products:
- If a discontinued item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will offer you a credit note in exchange.
2. How to claim Warranty:
- To claim a warranty on your product, simply email us at customercare@daudle.in or contact us via WhatsApp. Our customer support team will get in touch within 24-48 hours to assist you.
